This is another of my most favorite things from my Grandma Rae. This is a music box with a gorgeous needlepointed lid and seat. Every time we visited, I would play it. The lid opens up to display the keys, as well.

This is a set of cute little sake cups and a pretty bottle of pink sake. I got the cups at the Salvation Army.

This is an interesting brass candle holder in the shape of a snake. I think this came from a grandma; I would never have bought something like this for myself.

This is my very favorite thing that I got from my Grandma Rae's apartment after she died. This is a bright yellow carved jade snuff bottle with a green jade and bone "applicator". I have loved this my whole life and I was so lucky to get it.

This is a brass "genie" lamp my dad got me when he was stationed in Bahrain for one of his "two weeks a year" in the early 90s.

Another jar! This pretty one has a matching plate too, which you can see a little bit of in the third photo. I'm not sure which grandma this came from.
